The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, with a bus stop and S-Bahn station just a few meters away. It is also close to the U-Bahn, making it easy to access the city center. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, even going above and beyond to return a lost credit card. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast offers a good selection of food.
The walls in the hotel are not very thick, so there can be some noise from neighboring rooms.

Convenient location for Berlin Tegel airport buses. Spacious room for 3 people. Standard breakfast buffet. Reception and doorman provided outstanding friendly service. Walkable to local train, shopping mall, and kiosk with late opening hours. Parking available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and provided us with valuable information about transportation, food, and places of interest in this city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of excellent quality. The room was comfortable and the shower worked perfectly. this hotel is conveniently located near the main shopping street and close to Charlotenburg station, awesome for easy access to transportation throughout this city.
